Jason Dalrymple asked 10 months ago

Arrival likely in Massachusetts sometime in the 1730s. I have a record for a Robert Dalrymple arriving in Boston in 1739 found in David Dobson’s book, Scots Overseas: Emigrants and Adventurers from Fife, Part One; no ship name is given.

He would have arrived with his two sons, Thomas and Robert, who would have been young boys (no ages available) at the time. They eventually settled in Sudbury shortly after arriving, but the only record of lands in Sudbury is dated 1763 and was granted to Thomas.
